Advise using toilets at Charlton Station as limited facilities on first part of walk. The walk takes us from Thames Barrier via Maryon Wilson Park and Oxleas Wood to Middle Park. Frequent buses and short bus ride from Middle Park to Mottingham and Eltham. Trains from both to London Bridge. Further pub stop in Eltham for those who want it.
